2019

The First Vision

Nico Stummer started with a simple blog about morning routines. The response was overwhelming – within a few months, over a thousand readers followed. This showed: many people are looking for concrete ways to design their daily lives more consciously.

2020

Team Expansion

Univ.Prof. Martin Fink B.A. and Prof. Benjamin Aschauer B.Eng., two experts in behavioral psychology and digital lifestyle design, joined the team. Together, we developed the first structured course modules on topics such as focus and mindfulness.

2021

Platform Launch

The website went live – with a clear focus on personal development without esoteric promises. The first course, "Morning Routine for More Focus," was booked by over 500 participants within three months. The feedback confirmed our approach.

2022

Growth and New Formats

Martina Kremser B.A. brought her experience in gratitude practice. Her article "The Power of Gratitude" became the most-read contribution of the year. We also launched a weekly webinar format that continues to this day.

2023

Digital Balance as a Focus

In light of increasing digitalization, we placed a new focus on the topic of "Digital Balance." Benedikt Moosbrugger B.A. developed a practical guide that was tested in over 200 companies. The demand for workshops increased sharply.

Today and Tomorrow

Our community now has over 15,000 active members. We are working on new courses on the topics of life balance and positive habits. Our goal remains: to support people in finding their own path to more satisfaction and clarity – without pressure and without dogma.
